• Each steering wheel is hand crafted from solid wood. Two pieces are laminated around the original steel core.
  
• Use of the steel core is important to maintain structural strength and safety.
  
• Each wheel has finger grips milled into the back to improve grip. Wheels without this feature are prone to slippage.
  
• Old plastic or foam is removed and the steel core treated for rust prevention.
  
• Spokes are polished
  
• Wheels are top-coated with at least 5 coats of spray polyurethane for a high gloss look
  
• Wheels can be made of any wood and stained any color.
